Your first card
From an existing repository to a reviewed pull request. Early-access members receive the app and these steps with their invitation.
Steps

Install the macOS app
Open the build from your invitation. Tokenalytics lives in the menu bar and opens the board in its own window.

Connect your accounts
Sign in to Claude Code and Codex with accounts you are authorized to use. Tokenalytics reads their usage windows and reset times.

Connect a repository
Choose a GitHub repository. Its open issues appear in New.

Set your checks
List the commands that must pass, such as your test and type-check commands.

Move one card to Todo
Pick a small, well-described issue. An agent starts triage.
- 06
Approve the plan
Read the plan, edit it if needed, and approve. Building starts.

Review and merge
Read the pull request and the reviewer agent's findings, then merge on GitHub.
Stage rules live in your repository
The app writes a default rules file when you connect a repository. Edit it to change agents, checks, and limits.
